有没有人陪我去海边？

先澄清一下，去海边的目的美曰：“生态学调查”，非“游山玩水”（当然，顺带）！


本人暂在剑桥，拟到南海边（The Solent，应该靠近Southampton）挖草。无奈不会开车，方向感和英文都不咋地。求南安朋友慷慨支援（半天/一天）！

另打听，南安有没有搞米草（Spartina）的朋友，学路孤单，求切磋！

但问题是时间我可以挤出来，车造不出来啊

Solent特指一怀特岛（Isle of Wight)和英格兰大陆之间的水体及周边
面积相当大啊，靠近南安的只是其中的一小部分

I really know nothing about the area, I think it's no need to drive all around the Solent, all I want is to find some spot that is growing the Spartina grass and I may dig a bag. Can you help me in finding that spot? Will it be too expensive to reach there by taxi from city center ?

In fact, you can find spartina (I hope it is spartina) in SouthamptonRiverside Park, which is quite near the Montefiore students halls.
The River Itchen runs through that park.
Ifyou get off the train in Southampton Central. You spend 2 poundsinbuying a uni-link day ticket. Get off the bus in Wes##被过滤## Lane.
Then the park is just 5-minute's walk away and I can take you there if I am free.
