House is at Blendheim
Gardens Highfield (SO17 3RQ) Southampton.
You can check its location by inputing the post code into
maps.google.co.uk

The location is perfect: (1) 1 minute to university and
2-3 minutes to the Library (actually the house is roughly
behind the Library), (2) Highfield is the safest
area around the University, (3) 4 supermarket within
10-20 minutes walking distance, and (4) 2 bus station within
2-3 minutes walking distance.

There are two en-suite rooms available at the end of
Oct. That is, each of room has its own basin, toilet, and shower.
For long term, its rent is 75 pounds per week including TV, Internet
and water bills. For such a room, the University asked for 95 pounds
per week but far away from the highfield compus.

There is also a single room available on 9 Nov.
In the room, there is a basin, a USB TV, and a Fridge.
Of course, a desk, a book shelve, a bed and a wardrobe are
included. Its rent is 55 pounds per week including internet,
TV and water bills. Don't miss the chance if you want to stay
in Highfield but don't want to pay too much.

你这个4个bedroom的房子，里面要住9个人。Council同意了吗？消防措施怎么样啊？，要是没经过ZF同意，就现在住在那里的人不交给你房租你都没话说。
