Long term short term Quality Rooms To let from right now in Highfield

Long term and short term are welcome!

I have number of rooms to let  at Blendheim
Gardens Highfield (SO17 3RQ) from right now, 1 Sep
and 1 Oct.  You check its location by inputing the post code
into maps.google.com

The location is perfect: 1 minute to university and
2-3 minutes to the Library (actually the house is roughly
behind the Library), Highfield is the safest
area around the University, 4 supermarket within
10-20 minutes walking distance, and 2 bus station within
2-3 minutes walking distance.

The condition is at the top in the area. For example,
we get a brand new double kitchen for you and c##被过滤##ervatory room.
And each room has internet connection and some of them have digital
LCD TV or Sky, sofa, double bed, basin, toilet, and shower.  Originally, the house is a family house (the family moved to another city last Sep) and so its quality is much higher ordinary student accommodation.
Moreover, if you still have some more requirements, we can discuss.

But the rent is at a reasonable rang of 55-75 pounds per week
(you get what you pay) including water bill, internet bil
l and TV licence. The room size is up to 4mX5m.
You can chose one that meets your buget and requirement
within the range.  Long term is preferred but short term could
be negotiatable.  But treat he house well and keep it tidy,
