2-3 minutes to the Library (actually the house is roughly
behind the Library), 2) Highfield is the safest
area around the University,  3) 4 supermarket within
10-20 minutes walking distance, and 4) 2 bus station within
2-3 minutes walking distance.

Basically, the rent is 70 pounds per week including TV, water and  Internet fee.
