大家好，我是上海Fortune Associates的猎头Vanessa。目前我正在为一家欧洲的客户招聘一位产品开发经理。要求聚合物、胶体或者皮革化学专业的博士。因为听说Southampton的皮革专业很好，所以想通过这个平台寻找一些有志于回国发展的朋友。职位的具体要求如下：

POSITION RESP##被过滤##IBILITIES:
Apply state of the art methods and procedures for advanced formulation development
Conduct product development activities in the lab within the framework of projects defined.
Liaise with relevant universities, research institutes and associati##被过滤## in the region for ongoing exchange of information and joint R&D projects.
Systematically screen raw materials in the market and identify opportunities to reduce product costs and/or increase product performance by replacing imported raw materials.
Contribute to creating innovation ideas from a technology point of view.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
phD Degree in Chemistry
practical experience in R&D/product development ideally experience with leather chemicals and their applicati##被过滤## is appreciated.
profound knowledge in polymer and colloid chemistry, knowledge of formulation techniques, and familiarity with physicochemical characterization methodology will be appreciated.
pro-active, entrepreneurial, dynamic and flexible approach to problem solving.
pronounced interest in new ideas and high level of creativity.
Strong customer orientation and marketing mindset, potential of leadership skills
Highly developed analytical skills and work/project management methodology.
Open, seamless and straightforward communication also across cultural borders.
Ability to perform effective teamwork in a complex organization based on strong interpersonal skills: courage to challenge people while maintaining the willingness to compromise.
