住学校宿舍，上网还要另外交上网费？1p/分钟吗?

另外自己还需要准备一个Modem？从国内带去还是到英国再买？

那么住宿楼里的Computer Room能上网吗？是不是和国内网吧是不是差不多？怎么收费？

住宿舍不用另交网费，都包括在住宿费里面了，自己带根网线就够了，学校里面充斥着各种能上网的电脑

去网吧干吗？

宿舍的网络费是全包的，不需要modem

学校的教学楼、图书馆都有很多电脑供学生免费上网的

有的人不交宽带费，然后用NTL，那个是按时间收费的。

现在宽带也不收钱了么？！04－05年的时候收150镑呢！不过现在房租贵了很多了，有可能都包括了。

the policy of network changed every year. Last year is included in accommodation fees, but the year before is different. So it's depend on the policy they provided this year, just check out. Anyway, I don't think can be 1 p/min, because that's too high.
