Tomoto,Lemin and Celery Soup-serves 4 people
Slimmers among us will enjoy this receipe.Full of flavour yet low in calories, you can use fresh tomotoes, but it is just as good with tinned ones.I like to liquidise and sieve this soup because the celery can be stringy sometimes.
50g butter or margarine;
2 mediun oni##被过滤##;
4 sticks of celery with leaves graed rind and;
juice of one lemon;
425g tinned tomatoes or 6 tomatoes cut in quarters;
900ml chicken stick or chicken stick cube dissorved n boiling water;
pinch of sugar, salt, pepper.
Melt the butter or margarine in a saucepan and add the skinned and chopped oni##被过滤##.
Cook for about 5 minutes, over a moderate heat, stiring from time to time, until the oni##被过滤## begin to soften. Add the celery cu in chunks about 2.5cm, then the lemon rind and juice, the tomatoes and stochk and simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
