Hi all,

We are two master students who doing marketing in the LUMS. We are currently conducting a research project into Chinese women students in Lancaster University. A series of focus groups will be run in weeks 9, 10 & 11 for the purpose of data collection.

For the focus groups, we are currently looking for Chinese women students willing to give up two hours of their time to discuss their experiences as international people in the UK. However, we do not expect you to do this just for fun, we will pay each focus group participant £5 for their time.

All focus groups will c##被过滤##ist of two secti##被过滤##. Issues the first section is interested in: How do you think of British culture? Is there any influence on your c##被过滤##umption behaviours caused by the cultural transition? The aim of the second section is to explore your percepti##被过滤## of the widely-used ##被过滤## in western advertising.

We are interested in the views of all full-time, part-time, research, taught, Chinese women students from all departments. Please include the following details: • Department & Course title (ie: PhD, MA, PGDip etc) • When you are available during weeks 9, 10 and 11.
