请问，从南安经济系毕业的各位，MSc in Econ的中国学生毕业后的去向如何？要准备（复习）那些数学课目？

i am current student in economics.have no idea about the future career.

as for mathematics: basic level:all the stuff in your undergraduate mathematics. in addition, u should be good in linear, non-linear programming;dynamic programming;linear algebra, especially how to get derivates with respect to the elements in a vector;linear least squar method;statistics

well, i think someone has posted the textbooks lists before. u can check it.

to be honest, i have not bought any texbook. i always borrow them from the library. if u can , it is better to have your own books because the books in library are in high demand and are short loans.

as for phd, u can proceed to it if u got enough money.

at the moment, there are 7 chinese in my class including the econometrics guys.

我今年去，学ECONOMETRICS AND ECONOMICS，请前辈指点。过去的时候要不要带什么书？对了，忘了介绍自己了，我本科上学数学的。
