刚收到纽卡翻译2年的CON-OFFER，有问题麻烦前辈们帮忙解答

没有做任何笔试或者口试就直接收到了纽卡的CONDITIONAL OFFER
感觉莫名来了个OFFER。问题所以也很多

OFFER上说要汇500的deposit，不过上面写了以下的conditions：
Conditions It is important that you must refer to the information sheets, to
follow in a separate email
Conditions Receipt of certified evidence of the award of your Bachelor degree,
this must include the full title and overall score achieved. These must
be originals or s##被过滤##ped copies.（这个有）

Achieving an overall IELTS score of 7.0 (with 6.0 in each
sub-section). No alternative language tests or pre-sessional are
acceptable.（这个有）

A satisfactory interview to be conducted by the School of Modern
Language

Please send the documents requested above to the Postgraduate
Admissions Team as soon as they become available. If original
evidence is not in English,vou will be required to supply a certified
translation

上面说要有INTERVIEW。请问是先接受OFFER汇了DEPOSIT学校才会通知面试吗？
如果面试没过就算交了DEPOSIT还是会被拒吗？
因为另外一所密德萨斯也发了OFFER让交预付学费，所以比较急，想尽快决定去哪所。
如果纽卡还要面试的话风险还是比较大了。。

所以麻烦各位前辈们帮忙解答一下是否收到CON-OFFER还要面试呢?
