求同申澡大的XDJM帮忙~

今天早上接到澡大小米的邮件如下：
I am delighted to inform you that the Department of Biology &
Biochemistry have contacted us to request that we draw up an offer for
you for a place on tone of their Masters degree programmes.

An official offer letter, detailing all terms and conditions, will
shortly been drawn up and sent to you via the applicant tracker system.

We are currently experiencing problems with our computer system and so
whilst we will do our best to get the offer issued to you before
Christmas, it may not be possible for us to send it to you until the New
Year.

然后我就迷茫了...跪求解释ORZ
