我想申请PHD所以询问了学校关于ORS的事宜。让我submit C.V.是什么意思？怎么递交法？

该学校说他们没有相应的给国际学生的funding，这就意味着你必须从中国申请funding，或者自己支付你的博士研究3-4年的费用。今年ORS基本上是来不及了。竞争实在是太激烈了。
CV这个东西用信件寄到学校。
