请教Warwick Postgraduate Diploma

本人国内985高校大四，2010年6月毕业。雅思总分7.5。（L7.0，R7.5，W6.5，S8.0）
今年9月开始申请英国的硕士。我申请的是Warwick 的MA in International Political Economy
昨天我收到Warwick的Email，原文摘录如下：

We are delighted to inform you that the Course Selector for Politics and International Studies has c##被过滤##idered your application and recommended that you be made a conditional offer of a place on our International Political Economy programme (at postgraduate level: Postgraduate Diploma). This email outlines the details of the course for which you are being offered a place and the conditi##被过滤## that need to be satisfied in order for you to confirm your place. Details of how to notify us of whether you wish to accept this offer are also provided here along with further information that you will need to become a student at The University of Warwick.

我想申请的是有学位的taught class，为什么是Postgraduate Diploma，这个专业如何申请Degree？
