住宿付押金问题

学校发来住宿OFFER，POINT EXE，要付250镑的reservation fee，请问这个怎么付丫？电汇可以么？
OFFER上是这么写滴。。。不太明白2和5是什么方式。。。求解。。。

The following opti##被过滤## are available for payment of your accommodation fees and initial payments:

• 1.Cheque - This is the most practical way to pay.
• 2.Payable to: Signpost Homes Ltd and posted to the address at the top of the letter along with your reservation form and tenancy reference number.

• 3.Debit card payments - can be taken over the telephone, please ensure you give the correct tenancy reference number at all times.

• 4.Credit cards can not be used for payments

• 5.International payments - International payments can be made but please ensure your payment quotes the tenancy reference number given above in section 1.
