The double room behind library to let (suitable for visiting scholar)

Basically, the room is a sunfacing master bed room with size 4mX5m.
Inside the room  Internet and TV are offerred. The room
was booked by a visiting professor but he suddenly cancelled
because he cannot come from China now.
The room will be available from 15/01/09. The room is 300 pounds
per months including TV, Internet and Concil Tax (totally worth 50 pounds
per month). The house is 2-3 minutes walking to main library .
With 10-20 minutes walking distance there are 4 supermarkets.

The house is in the safest area around the University.

  You can try one or two weeks.
If you are not happy, just move out.
