标题: 建议：##被过滤##校内宽带被禁语聊
交费的宽带贵不说，还受诸多限制，实在是太可气了。我已给学校网管写信反映MSN(netmeeting)不能正常使用的问题，我建议大家都给网管写信反映此事，表示最强烈的不满，英国猪最欺弱怕强了，他们看到要使用这个功能的人数多，就有可能开放相关端口让我们使用了。有同感者请写信去ARSystem@soton.ac.uk。以下是我的信件原文及他们的回复。

I have problems of using netmeeting. I live in Glen Eyre Halls and I am
using my laptop to connect to the Internet in my bedroom. My friend live in the
same hall and also using laptop in her bedroom. Both of us are using Windows XP
and a webcam. We are trying to see each other by the MSN messenger (Netmeeting). We certainly can do this when we were in another university, so I suppose there is no configuration problem with our laptop. but now we cant get
connected. What's the problem, is there any restricti##被过滤## of that operation?

有效果了吗？我的宽带到现在还没开通呢，555555555……
今天又去ACCOMMODATION OFFICE了，但是不知道有没有效果：（
