3 double bedroom flat at 3rd floor(top floor) in one building with lift. 5 mins walk to highfiled campus.

kitchen(fully equiped without dryer) and dinning hall

lounge with tv in the cornor(not shown in this pic), sofa, small desk and chairs will be provided before the tenants moved in

master bedroom - double bedroom with ensuite(20㎡), two big wardrobes equipped(not shown in this pic)

bathroom with toilet in master room

second bedroom - doulbe bedroom(20㎡) mattress will be provided, one big wardrobe and small cupboards equipped(not shown in this pic)

third bedroom with entrance to balcony(20㎡), mattress will be provided, one big wardrobe and small cupboards equipped(not shown in this pic)

there is another shared bathroom with toilet and a smll room for storage, sorry for no pics of them.

total rent: 850/pcm bill excluded
cuz this flat was let by an agency, deposit, fees for tenancy agreement, reference, administration and check-in will be required before or on the date to move into.
tenants can't provide the parental guaranty will be charged 6 month's(at least) rent in advance.
