The receipt is definetly correct. But parents couldn't find it due to the language. I don't have an example in hand and can't tell them where it is exactly. So, please kindly upload a photo of your receipt if you have one.

I have apply the visa in Guangzhou and the RE No. is GUAN/160XXX/009XXX/1
The no is between the Name and the Passport No.
