说一个城市或省时从不加 city 和 province，Chinglish。西安市就是 Xi'an，陕西省就是 Shaanxi，就像纽约市叫 New York 而从不叫 New York City 一样。吉林市和吉林省也是同一个道理。
财经学院是写成 Cai Jing School 吗?后面的 0331# 是写在学院前边还是学院后边？交大是不是应该写成 Jiaotong University？
