B:i feel excessively cold and shiver even when wrapped in blankets. I cough a great deal at night. And i have chest pain when i breathe.咳嗽的时候胸口巨痛．

A:Cough. Now again. how long has it been this way?咳嗽？再咳一下．这样有多久了？
B:About a week. i feel it's getting worse
A:Well. i will have your temperature taken. Go and have a chest X-ray.
B:is it serious, Dr?

A: i should say you are infected by pneumonia, but i don't think it is anything serious. just take it easy.我看你感染了肺炎，但我觉得并不严重，别紧张．

o i need to take some medication?我需要服药么？

A:yes . Besides you must get an infusion.是的，而且你必须输液．

A: i think you need to see a dermatologist. If necessary, we will transfer you to the physician.我觉得你应该看皮肤科．如果有必要的话，我们会把你转到内科．
B: ok. How much is the registration fee?

A:10. Here is your receipt and change. Take the registration card with you whenever you come. Don't lose it.

B: how long do i have to wait before the doctor can see me?
A:the patient before you is rather a complicated case. I am sorry you will have to wait at least half an hour.

A: What do you complain?你哪里不舒服？
B: i have a stomachache. i am feeling nauseous. i feel like vomiting. i have got to appetite.我肚子疼，感觉恶心，想吐．没有胃口

A: when did the pain start? show me where it hurts. how bad is it?
B: it started yesterday morning. it was first around the belly button, then moved to the lower right area this morning. it's not a sharp pain; just sort of a dull ache. it is on and off.昨天早上开始的．开始的时候肚脐周围疼，今天早上转到右下腹部了．不是巨痛，只有些隐痛．断断续续的．

A:how about your bowel movements? have you had any diarrhea?排便怎么样，腹泻么？
B: no . i havent had any bowel movements for two days. i am c##被过滤##tipated and unable to pass gas.没有，有两天了．有些便秘．排气也不顺畅

我好象没听英国的留学生说过啊．．．
只说：注意身体，有病自己吃点药，如果去国立医院的话排队会等很久，拖不起的大病就只能自己破费了．．．
