标题: housemate wanted- (house full tkx for u attention) [打印本页] 作者: s77 时间: 2007-9-5 02:37 标题: housemate wanted- (house full tkx for u attention) four bedroom house down the end on langhorn road which is about 15min walk away to the uni, it's sounds be far but worth it. currently, we have 1 girl and two boys -2 undergraduate 1 just graduated.
looking for someone to fit in downstair big room ￡225 pm. with water and tv licence been sort out by landlord, we only have to pay eletr & gas and boradband which is ￡21ppm.
the big room have huge desk, 2 bedside chest, 1 (4+2) drawer chest, 1 wardrobe, bookcase, at last but not least a makeup table with mirror, floor is fully carpet.
downstair have liveroom kitchen and laundry room . liveroom has a 25in tv with freeview can watch some cable tv and 3 dinner table for use different occasion. kitchen with gascook & oven, 2 microwave toast & kettle, lot dish and bowl, we have most cookware.
then laundry room, 2 fridge and a freeze, washmachine and tumble dryer. backgarden alway been look after by landlord it's good size, in summer set up a bbq- made my day! if u have a bike , we got a shelter. we have some store space under stair and down the laundryroom.
rest rooms on top floor, unfortunately we only have one bathroom ( on top floor) fitting with shower & bath , washbase and loo.
the entrance of the house is on the side so landlord puts on a security lump above door and another on backgarden.
house been fitting with 8mp broadband, ready to go.
uni link stop just over road of the house, to city & uni walk up 50yards to stop, there is a shop near the stop.
ps: we try to balance boy and girl so female has priority.
available from 27/09/07. contract have to sign for a minimum 9 months, standard 12 months.
only available for STUDENT.
