You can go to the student service center to have a look. The student service center is just at the main reception of George Thomas Building, which is on opposite side of Jubilee Sports Hall.
I have went there and seen the list. Most of the accommocation in the list offers half price for the summer (01/07-30/09).
Therefore, I suggest you go there for your benefits if you are hunting a house/room.
