已经租出去了！！谢谢大家支持！！

房子在图书馆后面的Hartley Avenue。房子绝对好地点，不再Burgess Road，非常安全，也非常安静 离学校就只有10秒钟时间 。4个Bedroom，3个大房间，1个小房间。房子地点安全，是独门独院（detached house）客厅后有glass c##被过滤##ervatory。 280英镑每人每个月，包括水费。现有一个超大双人间。有兴趣者请留言回复。或e-mail: jiangleijay@hotmail.com 照片过几天等现在住户搬出去在帖（6月30日以后）

注：2007年夏天入住。7月1日，8月1日，9月1日，都可以入住。入住之后再收钱，不住不收钱。合同从10月1日开始计算。到第二年6月30日。
