1、9.8项“please provide full details of any qualificati##被过滤## in English you have,including test results" ------- 除了雅斯和托福成绩外，是否要提供其他的证书，比如四、六级。
2、9.10项“what do you intend to do when you have finished your studies in the uk?”------ 写“come back to China"...行吗？是否要详细些？一些计划等等...
3、9.11项"please give details of how your course and living expenses will be funded
"-----写"My parents fund me"...ok吗?
4、9.12项"if you are being sp##被过滤##ored by someone else,please give their name & address;their relati##被过滤##hip to you;details of their finances."-------是否9.11项填写由父母资助，此项就可以不填呢？

9.12如果只是你父母资助，就可以空着了！！！

再问：1、2.4 and 4.3 按照护照上写吗？要不要加上国家名？
2、5.3--"study for ...课程名" 行吗？
3、6.1--我已经工作了，是否填"employee of company"???
4、9.5--课时我不知道，是否填'full time'????
5、第10页的签名---我是在电脑上填表的，签名是用手写？还是用机器填？？？
6、2.13 and 2.14 没有，可否填"N/A"
