area around University, 4 supermarket within
10-20 minutes walking distance and 2 bus station within
2-3 minutes walking distance.
The condition is at the top in the area. For example,
we get brand new big kitchen for you. Moreover, if you
still have some requirement, we can discuss.
But the rent is at a reasonable rang of 55-75
pounds per week. You can chose one that meets your
buget and requirement within the range. Long term is preferred
but short term could be negotiatable.
