Dear Pre-sessional student,

We have noticed that there are more students arriving on 19 August than on the 20 August. For that reason pick-up service will be on 19 August from Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. The meeting point will be: Airport Information DeskIf you are arriving on that date can you please email me back with the exact time of your arrival and flight number. This is so that we can arrange the pickup time for the coach.

This service is free for Pre-sessional students.

VIRGIN的应该都是从上海出发的吧？到HEATHROW的时间应该是下午5点50。你们告诉学校的到达时间是飞机的到达时间，还是办完所有手续的时间啊？？
