一个英国朋友有房出租,该房位于兰卡斯特市中心,靠南( 65 Prospect Street),去Lancaster University 和St. Martin’s College非常方便.

共三层楼,一楼为厨房,卫生间,客厅,二三楼为卧室,共四间,都可以出租.

配套设施: 水,电,气,热水器,电话,暖气,宽带,电视,冰箱,烤箱,全套家具, 洗碗机等.

为研究生同学的理想选择.

离学校骑车大概25分钟。房子处于兰卡市区南面，是富人区，所以相对比较安全。

47 pounds includes the following:
1.a room with a desk, wardrobe, bed and study chair, a shared kitchen including microwave, gas cooker, oven, washing machine, dryer and cooking and eating equipment,
2.a living room with shared TV and dining table
3.a bathroom with bath and shower
4.free broadband internet access and free telephone calls to internet landlines
5.free calls on UK landlines in evenings and on weekends
but i will put all you told me there as well.
6.other bills cost about £3 per week on average

That's all from the landlord.

how far is the house from the Lancaster University:

by bicycle,about 20 minutes,by bus 10-15 minutes.

I called him yesterday and we met on campus ,then he showed me around the house .He is a very nice person and to be frankly,I am satisfied with the house conditi##被过滤## ,locati##被过滤## and the bill is not bad as well.I possibly will study in Lancaster for the next three or four years and it is ridiculous for me to pay 80 pounds per week for accommodation on campus,so quite possibly I might choose that room.Thanks for this infomation.

hi, the rooms are the same size, so single or double depends on the beds. you'd better contact the landlord for the possibility of having a double one.
