标题: 7月15日嘉里被拒的经过与原因(超详尽)
--我是6月30日电话预约的，7月15日，12:30。
--7月13日晚六点，到达北京，下塌于秀水对面永安里的国泰饭店，二星级，标间RMB252/NIGHT。此地离嘉里巨近，走路15-20分钟，打车10元。
--14日晚没睡好，折腾到12点，紧张啊！
--15日早晨10点起来，在饭店吃的早餐，到嘉里已经12：00，没到星巴克，直奔21楼，已经排了20多人了，验护照，过安检，进去再排，等到交复印件及505元的时候，已经13：20了。交复印件的时候，我把IM2A及IM2S一起交了，不过收件的先生把IM2S扔了出来，不需要！
--然后就是焦心的等待，电视上放的是角斗士的无声电影，根本没心思去看。15日下午的人很多，从8号窗口到17号全开了。喇叭叫人的声音还很清晰。无休无止的等，直到15：30，“XXX，到16号窗口”，心一颤。
--敲了两下门，进入16号门，VO是一位35岁左右的男士，很瘦，旁边没有翻译。(M=ME,V=VO)

why can't you pay for yourself?
M as you know, we are young man , and with a large expense, such as renting
a house, and i live myself, so i have no deposit.....

M no, i'm single. but i have girlfriend.

M (i passed my undergraduated diploma to him) i have no bachelor degree, this is my university graduation diploma
V （不满）you have no degree? why?
M when i was in university, i puted nearly all my hearts into my major subjects, so i spent little time in english course, so i didn't pass CET-4, so i was not qualified for a bachelor degree.but my major sujects were good.
V what are your major subjects?

然后就被要求在外面等，大约15分钟。听叫我后再进去。

However, I am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you meet the requirements of paragragh 57, in particular:

You are able to follow the course

BECAUSE:

The course you propose to study is widely available in China, leads to the same qualification at a significantly cheaper cost and you cannot satisfactorily explain why you do not undertake the course here. You only stated that it would be 3 years instead of one.

The cost of your is to be borne by your parents, you are however a person of independent means who has been working for 5 years. I am not satisfied that this increased financial outlay is commensurate with their current economic circunstance and such funds will actually be available to you in UK. Therefore, i am not satisfied, on the balance of probabilities, that you are to meet the cost of course and maitain and accommodate yourself without resourse to employment or oublic funds.

While I am satisfied that your language skills are proficient enough to study in UK, I am not satisfied that you have the required educational requirements to undertake the course of study stated.

好像说你没说清楚为什么要去英国念一个在中国很普遍又花费很少的专业的原因吧....
还有好像不太满意你已经工作五年了还要全靠父母资助....

其实我根本没有拿到学位后还呆在英国的意思，而且也不是自己没有存款，而是父母名下的钱有一部分是我存的，
面签时有些紧张，很多东东都没说出来。

1、省时间。在国内读3年虽然cheaper，但机会成本很大，时间就是金钱。
2、正因为这个专业在国内太普遍了，读英国的学位才有价值，回国求职时才显得你outstanding，有竞争力。

我觉得你被拒还是有原音的. 个人感觉下面几点你应该认真想想:

1. 学生问卷要很认真的写. 特别是关于为什么学那个专业, 和国内的课有什么不同. 问卷所有问题都要认真考虑.

2. 钱上..把你担保人的收入这方面材料做完整. 怎么能证明profitable?

3. 你的学历是硬伤. 你可以想法把自己专业上的advantage强调.

我有本科毕业证，但没有学士学位，申请学校时学校并没有提出质疑，因为我有几年的工作经验嘛，而且我的成绩单很好，GPA在83分，所以拿到了UNCONDITIONAL OFFER。

我去年一签面谈时签证官问我了这个问题，我解释为：我大学期间专业课成绩非常好（有成绩单为证），但我没有通过英语4级（CET-4），按学校有关规定，我没拿到学士学位，但我毕业后认识到英语的重要性，狠学英语，并通过了IELTS。然后拒签信上有一条是：While I am satisfied that your language skills are proficient enough to study in UK, I am not satisfied that you have the required educational requirements to undertake the course of study stated。

去年二签时没涉及到这个问题。

我后来回学校的系里（而不是教务处）开了个证明信：该生专业课成绩很好，但在校期间没有通过英语6级（CET-6），按学校有关规定，不能颁发学士学位。

我在琢磨是否在三签递材料时把系里开的证明信递上去，我分析了利弊：

利：--签证官看到了有红印的证明材料，有可能不会直接拒我。否则可能直接拒我。
--这也算是我三签时的补充材料。

弊：--证明信上写的是6级没过，而我一签时说是4级没过，二者不一致。
--证明信是系里开的，正常应该是教务处开吧？
--如果提供了证明信，是不是反倒使签证官把注意力引到这上面来，撞到枪口上了；但若不提供，我在 VAF和学生问卷上的学历栏里也只能填毕业证啊，况且一签时涉及到这个，好像也不行。

我想如果不提供证明信，只自己解释能否可以？如果提供，那么在学生问卷第一栏学历栏里是否还要说明：GRADUATION DIPLOMA； I HAVE NO BACHELOR DEGREE，PLEASE SEE THE REASON ON THE LETTER OF CERTIFICATE......

言简意赅这四个字在面签时一定要记住

学位证只是一方面，不是主要的
