It's NATIONAAL INSURANCE NUMBER, not international insurance number.

Actually, you can use a temporary insurance number by compose it your self:

TN+your birthday+your ##被过滤##ulity.

Example: if your birthday is 01/05/78, and you are female, then your temporary insurance number is:

TN010578F
