标题: 2 roommates needed

This is a 4 bedrooms hosue: 2 big with double bed, 2 small with single
Now,there are 2 rooms left;

The big double bedroom upstairs is assigned to my friend, the earlier
can choose from any room from the three,the later choose from the left
two, I keep the last.

Basic condition for the house:

1.The position:
The house is situated in Hull Road which is a main road of york with 4
carriageway;
5 min to KwickSave(Supermaket)C10 min to University, 0.5 min to Bus
stop(8 and 10 );
In front of the house, there is a big open air football court with
shed;
off street parking.

2.The layout
3 rooms upstairs:1 big double bedroom,2 small sinle bedroom,1 bathroom
with shower;
1 room downstairs:1 big double bedroom,1 lounge,1 kitchen;
There is a big garden with shed behind the house.

3.The furnitures and the appliance
It is a gas central heating house;
All rooms contain the chair,bed,desk and cupboard;
The kitchen equipped with cooker,microave,washing
macheine,heater,freezer etc;
the lounge with sofa, table etc;
the telephone is avaiable.

4.The people
Me,male, a master student;
My friend, a female, Phd;
We are all friendly, easy-going ,quiet person, non-smoker;
We need 2 postgraduate(master or Phd) stuents for roommate;
also friendly, easy-going, and other merits are welcome
Chinese preferred
no pets and smoking strictly not allowed

5.The fee
The rent will be:the big room 55/week, the small room 50/week
excluding bills: electricity, gas , water, telephone and etc(shared by
all)
monthly pay.
The deposit: 200/person (returnable)

6.The term:
The contract will last for 52 weeks from around 1 october 2004 to
around 30 september 2005
If quit durning this period, you should find another prople to take
your place, otherwise, no deposit
returned.
If needed, you can move in at the end of the september(about 26), that
doesn't matter.
