我看到oxford brookes 有的专业如International Human Resource Management 读master 居然没有明确要求雅思6。5，网上是这样写的

Candidates whose first language is not English must satisfy the University’s English language requirements. Good competence in reading and writing is especially important. Typically IELTS 6.0 including 6.0 in reading and writing or TOEFL 550 with TWE 4.0 or above.

难道这些专业为了吸引留学生特意把英语要求降低吗
