我小孩入学时间是15号，正焦急等待签证，今天英使馆回信，但我小孩不在家，大家都能理解家长的心情，谁能帮我们翻译一下。,

Be advised that the decision on your application has already been made yesterday. You may contact the Visa Application Centre in a few days for the collection of your passport and original documents.
