ye, I wish I could also have done that.

But the property market seems cooling done a bit. Besides, the price in Great London area had not been increasing much since last year. All the growth is coming from nothern and boarder England and around scotland, though the rate is just about 14%.

it seems I missed this boom. But I genuinly hoping that we will see the crash similar in 80s soon

with wise investment in London and New York, the possibility is much greater than CURRENT housing market, at least that's what I believe.

really, that was a surprise to me.

Could u be kind enough to tell me the source of your information, I guessI might missed that bit infor somehow.

on the other hand, with this year's increase of intrest rate by Bank of England( now we are talking the unexpected increase of another 1.5% on what an already increased rate base), the future for mortgage is gloomy in deed.
