the most possible results would be apply after sep. , then the landlords who had not cleared their room stocking probably would willing to rent out the rooms for irregular period of time - Opportunity cost. I think!

also, if someone is doing language course who also willing to live in town for the later half of year, please inform me, then I could rent a room for the first half year, then u would stay for the rest half of year. Of course, that is the ideal solution.

idealy, I rent a room for the first half of year, then someone else could stay in the room for the later half of year. this could be a good choice for people doing their language course here.
