1. 我被美国拒过, 相关的问题: 4.15题问 Where was your previous application made, 是填美国还是签证所在地? 还有4.19题: Please give the details of any forms that were served on you, 填什么?

2 4.22题:Have you ever been refused entry to, deported from, or otherwise required to leave, another country? 和4.14题: Have you ever been refused a visa for another country? 有什么区别啊?

3. 5.5题: Please give the full address and telephone number of all the places where you will be staying during your visit. 大家是怎么填的? 如果要填宿舍地址和电话, 现在还不知道怎么办?

4. 9.5题: How many hours of organised daytime study will you attend the institution each week? 我找遍了学校寄给我的材料也没找到, 大家是怎么填的呢?

1. 我被美国拒过, 相关的问题: 4.15题问 Where was your previous application made, 是填美国还是签证所在地? 美国驻中国大使馆（或XX总领事馆）还有4.19题: Please give the details of any forms that were served on you, 填什么? Deportation Order, APP104 或IS151A，这几个文件/表格你一个都不知道么？（我没申请过美国，所以不清楚。呵呵。应该是跟据签原因有关的东东吧。）

3. 5.5题: Please give the full address and telephone number of all the places where you will be staying during your visit. 大家是怎么填的? 如果要填宿舍地址和电话, 现在还不知道怎么办? 我填的是所申请宿舍的地址和宿舍申请办公室的电话。这个不太准确也没问题的。

4. 9.5题: How many hours of organised daytime study will you attend the institution each week? 我找遍了学校寄给我的材料也没找到, 大家是怎么填的呢? 我发邮件问了学校。
