不知道这封信是不是就是正式的##被过滤##？我去签证是不是拿着他就可以了？还是这只是一封留位置的信呢？

这个不是offer 不能用来签证

谢谢你的回答，我是自己申请的学校，可我已经把那个POSTCARD寄回去了阿，再接受课程前面打勾了，但现在都2个月过去了，学校那边什么也没有再给我寄过来，是不是我要先付了那25%的定金呢？

一般这种需要你填写附上的表格和大约10%的学费的定金给学校，学校才会给你可以办签证的offer的！
