you have claimed30 points for your CAS but I am not satisfied that the course in respect of which it was issued satisfies the requirements for a grant of leave as a Tier 4(General) Student because the course does not meet the minimum academic requirements as the CAS states the course is at CEFR level B1 and the minimum course level for English language course is CEFR level B2 .
I am therefore not satisfied that you have met the requirements for 30 points to be awarded under Appendix A of the Immigration Rules.I therefore refuse your application for entry clearance as a Tier4(General) Student under paragraph 245zv(b) of the Immigration Rules.
