"Dear father/ mom,

I would like invite you come to UK for .....(the reason, visit, stay, travel, attend your graduation).

The course is little bit difficult and I have to spend my summer holiday for further reading. haven't seen you for quite long time, miss you very much.

Looking forward to see u soon in UK.

with your signature "

Some simple sentence like these will be enough. The invite letter is not a very important issue. But you do need post it to them by both Chinese and English copies.
