Thank you for your email. The damage and sundry deposit will be returned to the student as long as there is no damage etc. Once the student moves out of accommodation he should contact the centre and he will be advised further.

谢谢你的邮件。赔偿金和各式各样的保证金退还给学生只要MEI有任何损坏等。一旦学生搬出宿舍和他需要及时联系中心并且将得到另行通知。
