If you will be travelling to your accommodation using the Meet and Greet service provided by the Centre for Language Study, arrangements will be made for you to collect your keys. If you are not using the Meet and Greet service, you will be able to collect the keys for your room between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm. If you expect to arrive outside these hours you must let us know in advance by emailing “arrivals@soton.ac.uk”. If you do not let us know, you may not be able to move in until the following day.
