You need to pay the combined charge for your tuition and your accommodation by the end of your first week at the University. You can pay online at www.webpayments.soton.ac.uk or in person at the Student Services Centre (Southampton) or Finance Office (Winchester)

By taking up this offer of accommodation you agree to accept the terms of the contract set out above and the conditions as set out in the Halls of Residence Regulations. Arrivals
If you will be travelling to your accommodation using the Meet and Greet service provided by the Centre for Language Study, arrangements will be made for you to collect your keys. If you are not using the Meet and Greet service, you will be able to collect the keys for your room between the hours of 10.00am and 5.00pm. If you expect to arrive outside these hours you must let us know in advance by emailing arrivals@soton.ac.uk. If you do not let us know, you may not be able to move in until the following day.
After your language course
If you would like to be considered for accommodation after your pre-sessional English language course ends, you need to apply for this separately at www.onlineaccommodation.soton.ac.uk. You need to apply by 1st August 2010 – if you apply after this date, we may not be able to offer you University accommodation.
