看到申请说明里有一条
“If you would like to accept our offer, you need to send us deposit within 21 days.
1、Students applying in less than a month before the start of the programme will have to pay the full fee straight away
2、Please send the photos, English test results and authenticated degree certificate with your deposit payment if possible”
