30分：录取院校给您发出的签证函（Visa Letter）
该信件用来确认您被该校录取，且有您的个人信息以及要就读的课程。
该文件的作用是证明所申请的学校愿意担当您的担保人，相信您有能力攻读所申请的课程，并愿意承担您在英国期间的所有责任。
另外，对Visa Letter 以及Offer还有其他方面的限制
1） 时间方面的
“The letter must be issued no more than 6 months before the date of the application. An application which has a Visa Letter older than 6 months or where the letter does not include all of the mandatory information detailed in the Tier 4 Guidance will be refused. ”
Visa Letter的发出在签证递出前六个月内才是有效的，假如，12月份收到Visa Letter，申请人到7月份才申请签证，该文件将会被认为是无效的。 2）Offer是否是无条件
“A visa may only be issued on the basis of an unconditional offer from your sp##被过滤##or.”
针对先去读语言（pre-sessional course），通过语言短期课程后才能获得无条件录取的申请人，需要进一步咨询签证中心或留学咨询机构。

根据Tier 4 of the Points Based System – Policy Guidance有关资金证明的说明如下：
“Bank statement or letter confirming that you have enough money available to cover your course fees and monthly living costs for up to one year, at the time you submit your application.”
“Personal bank or building society statements covering a 28 day period ending no more than 1 month before the date of your application.”

“Other accounts or financial instruments such as shares, bonds, pension funds, etc., regardless of notice period are not acceptable.” 3）需包含以下信息：
