Hartley Avenue very close to Highfield Campus, safe, quiet.￡280 per month (including water rate) available in early December onwards.

Pictures available please email as they are too big to put on this site.

Anyone who is thinking about renting on or around Burgess Road think twice, very noisy and dangerous, lots of council housing and anti-social behaviour, racial attacks and yobs, especially around flower streers. It may be cheap but not worth the risk.

it's extremely close to campus , can't be closer. you could just throw a lunch into library from your room.

it's the most safe area , you know it.

it's very clean and quiet , needs clean and quiet students to move in :)

性价比非常高了，还包水费啊，一个月一人都要一二十磅。想想看，这么近，这么安全，这么放心，出门不怕电脑里资料被偷，上课不怕迟到，拉肚子了不怕没带手纸，去sport center基本可以穿泳衣拖鞋前往，回家不怕英小孩吐唾沫扔石头，节约你的时间，宝贵的时间，节约你的心情和机会，这才叫划算：）
