标题: Double room to let, 5mins to the main campus!! [打印本页] 作者: Agatha 时间: 2009-9-7 22:24 标题: Double room to let, 5mins to the main campus!! there is a lovely room to let. It is situated 5 minutes from school and less than 10 minutes to town. It is housed in a student area hence quiet and safe.
The room itself is big, with 2 dressing wardrobe with a side table. There are also large windows with ample walking space around(huge room!) with a double bed.
The house is newly renovated with a common toilet, living room and kitchen.
You would be sharing the house with four others--2 in their final year, one in her first year and one masters student.(2 male 2 females) Hence a quiet composition. We are asians(singaporeans), however english is our first language hence do not worry. We do not smoke anything or drink much for the matter.
The rent is 363 NOT inclusive of bills. Please note that the room is not ensuite, but its is the largest room in the house.
