One large room maybe will be available in Oct or Nov.
Very near the Harteley Library. 2 minutes walk from the Library.
The bed and the desk are brand new.
The room is 3.5mx4.5m.
The landlord is nice.
There are washing machine, refrigerator and microwave.
In the back yard, there is an apple tree.
245 pounds per month,
The bills of water, gas, electricity and broadband are between 10-20 pounds per month.

诚征楼友
位于图书馆后面，走路2分钟到图书馆，方便且非常安静
房间大小约3.5mx4.5m，相当宿舍的两三倍大
床和书桌均为全新
共用卫浴、厨房、花园、可烤肉的后院和苹果树
有洗衣机、微波炉、烤箱、电冰箱、宽带
每月租金245，水电煤气宽带等费用另加（每月约十几镑）
楼友5人（都是华人）及房东（住別處）均非常好相处

2004/9后还可续签合约
希望十二月中以前能找到租房的人
这样原来住的人就可以安心离开南安了

我,我,即使要搬也要等到过完年,因为今年计划回家过年的;
所以,所以,要入住也要是明年2月份了,这样是不是就不符合你们寻找楼友的条件了?

不错的房子。我是9月底住进MONTE的，但是来之前由于校方的工作失误目前为止还没有签合同。不知道可不可以搬出去呢？
