上完课很CONFUSING,代表几个人问一些问题，希望听明白的能指点迷津
１，老师说的那个咖啡湿度的例子是想说明什么问题？
２，什么叫implied warranty

implied warranty的意思应该是默示的保证吧

字典上解释: Legal systems commonly insert a provision into some contracts----particularly those for the sale of supply of c##被过滤##umer goods----warranting that goods supplied under contract will measure up to a prescribed standard.

通常用作implied warranty of merchantability或implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose

implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is more specific

我也不是很懂，大家讨论讨论挺好的，提供一点我的看法，请高人指点

implied warranty就相当于合同中的默式条款，不需要文字表明，但是也具有法律效率。
