此房在Edgbaston, 邮编B16 在安静住宅区，有多路公车到市中心。需10分钟左右. 非常适合food colledge, ACCA, Aston, UCE 的学生. 车站直停在学校旁。Five way, 中国城也相当方便 (车站停在central library, FTC, Train station 门前) 对于毕业找工作, five way 机会比较大那么住宅地区会提供优势（Edgbastion）
同时周边有大的shopping centre 买东西非常方便

现有间超大双人房间（11月5号可以入住，10月30号前请预定） 65 pounds Per week

小房间（随时入住）45 pounds per week （长短期都可）

楼上双人房（地毯）（11月末可入住）55 pounds per week

楼下双人房（地板）（11月末可入住）55 pounds per week 请提前预定 先到先得。
